I had a very bad experience at Central Car Wash. After my car was washed/detailed, I noticed new scratches/scuff marks on the paint. When I brought it up, the staff was rude and did not handle the situation professionally, and the phone operator lady was extremely rude as well. I had to deal with the damage myself afterward, which was very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place, especially if you care about your car’s paint. Please check your vehicle carefully before and after service.

I only come to see Francisco as he is so friendly and always remembers me. The care that my car gets is amazing. So clean and sparkling in and out. I recommend their services to everyone!

Never trust the person at the entrance—the one who writes up the bill. Don't believe him when he tells you to go sit inside while they finish the job; instead, stay behind the glass and watch them clean your car, because they’ll do a better job if you’re there. My car had been sitting idle for about a month and was very dirty. I had originally wanted the Platinum service, but he talked me into the Diamond package, promising a thorough air-blast cleaning and a full cleaning and polishing of the rear cargo area. In the end, I was shocked to find he hadn't even opened the back; everything inside—including the edges—was still covered in dust and leaves, completely untouched.

I don't wash cars here anymore. This is the third time. I pay $100 even though I never ask for the price, but it matters to me when I pay and indicate that I already had a problem, they are not interested

As a mom of two toddlers, my car was beyond dirty ,snacks crushed into every corner, sticky fingerprints everywhere, and honestly just full-on mom life chaos 😂. I brought my car here and WOW… the Dominican guys worked magic on it & Francisco, paid attention to every little detail and treated my car like it was their own. When they finished, my car literally looked like it just came out of the dealership. Spotless, shiny, fresh, and not a crumb in sight! I haven’t seen my car this clean in YEARS. Their customer service, energy, and hard work were amazing. You can tell they really care about what they do. If you’re a parent and your car has survived toddler life… trust me, bring it here. Highly recommend!
